Just because someone doesn't like yaoi or yuri does not mean that that person is a homophobic.

Yaoi/yuri are medias/genres. Actual homosexuals are real people who have fought to win equality without being shunned because of their own sexuality.

Yes, An yaoi fantart did call me a homophobe because I hate yaoi. And that's not true, I don't mind gays I hate Yaoi because there's way to much of it and ever yaoi fangirl thinks every boy in media wants to fuck another guy and it's annoying

I have friends that hate Yaoi & Yuri but aren't homophobic.
And vise-versa, I knew someone who liked Yaoi & Yuri and was homophobic.

i think its okay, as long as you are not basing it only that you love Yaoi and hate Yuri based on that you live in California or that you live Yuri and hate Yaoi because you live in states that both hate California hand no Californians and people that agree with them and everybody tolerates the opposite opinion of California right-wingers ... or whatever ...
